What's the benefit of booking on your site, as opposed to booking with the airline direct?
We will provide all possible choices available to you. We search for lower fares and better fares then contact you back with your different choices available after you book online with us. In case of emergencies we are able to help whereas when you book directly you must handle yourself because we are unable to access your itinerary. If you need to make changes to an itinerary we are able to make these changes. If you book through the airline you must make all changes yourself. We will ensure we book according to your traveller profiles so that your special needs are looked after.
How do I check my itinerary?
We book seats for you using our booking system, then we will email you reservation number. You can enter your reservation number and your last name at http://www.CheckMyBookngs.com to see your detailed travel information online.
What happens if I have to cancel or change my flight?
Most of our discount tickets have severe penalty imposed by airlines for cancellation or change of outbound departure date. The penalty amount vary with airlines and fare types. Usually, the penalty is about 25% of airfare plus C$50 to C$100 service fee. Sometimes airlines restrict sale fares to be non-refundable. So, we recommend you Cancellation and Interruption Insurance.
How long can my reservation be held?
It depends on the airlines and fare types, some requries same day ticketing, some allows 3-day hold. The trend is that the lower the fare is, the shorter the holding time is. 14-day hold is fading out. If your departure date is within a week, the airlines may require same-day ticketing. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed since airlines require us to use the fares at ticketing time. For your benefit, we advise you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible, on the day of booking or within next day if possible.
How many days can I receive my tickets?
We will send tickets to you with the delivery method you specified on your order. We can deliver your tickets to your home, or mail to you through post office by Express, or you can come to FlygreatChina and pick up your tickets.
Do I need to reconfirm before traveling?
Yes, you should call the airlines 72 hours (Air China requires 7 days) before departure of each international flight to reconfirm your seats. You also have to reconfirm your seat before your return.
What about traveling with pets?
People traveling with animals should check with the airline before heading to the airport. Some airlines are restricting pet transportation.
